Wine Appreciation Dinner in Oct 2013
In Q4 2013, the temperature in HK is getting cooler which would be the great serving temperature for Wine. Let's see what we have below:

Happy Hour in Central, Hong Kong, 23 Dec 2013
One of the my wing tasting See Hing called for a Happy Hour in Central. Then, 5 of our wine taste brothers gathering in a 14/F of a commercial building in Central at around 6:15pm. Later on, 3 more than my ex-colleagues were joining us. Together with the 2 shop in-charge persons, we had around 10 person to enjoy this Magnum.
This is the top star of the night. According to our Master of Wine, Hubert LIGNIER is one of his favorite Wine Maker. The fact was that it lightened up all of our week after having it. The smell were strong and taste was well-balanced. It was smooth with great sour cherry and excellent floral. Absolutely my glass of Burgundy. (Magnum so it can be shared with 8~10 friends together , Good Price: $1,xxx in Central a Wine Shop in 14/F. as of Dec 2013)

The Margaux 1982 was the favorite of our another Master. His preference tends to have powerful and strong taste of wine.
